Delete rows/records not matching specified values

can you please help me in deleting the rows/records from a table where they do not matching specified values

ValueStream
AGR
HGY
AGR
HYT
UTY
BGY
AGE
HGY

I want to delete rows from above table where they are not equal to any of the values in below table

Criteria Match
AGR
HGY
AGE

Below is the code I found, but limitation is I need to enter value manuallly, and it only work for single value match. how can I do this without entering values manually (I wish it can pick multiple values from and table)

strSQL = "DELETE Table.* FROM Table WHERE ((Table.MyField) = ""AGR"");"

db.Execute strSQL

strSQL = "DELETE Table.* FROM Table WHERE ((Table.MyField) Not In ('AGR','HGY','AGE');"
Back up your table before running this because I don't guarantee the result.
