delete rows with user id in cells

Hi
I have a report in work that generates with auto entries and manual ones. I am looking to delete all manual entries from the report and I have recorded a macro where I filter the user Ids and delete them. The problem is there can be any number of id's in the format a123456 or e123456 so if I run the recorded macro and there are new entries I miss them. Could you please show me a way to delete these rows in VBA as I am new to it.

Thanks Momentman, sorry about the delay coming back, below is the data I am looking at. In the final column there are user Ids that will start with a letter and have 6 numbers after them, I need to delete the rows with these User IDs. The other formats can be any combination of letters so I cannot filter them as a new report could have more or less
