Please take few minutes & read HERE on how to post a sample using XL2BB. Post a clear example of your data say in column A & your expected results in column B. Doesn't have to be 300 records just 10 to 15 rows to show an example or upload a sample excel file online (using DropBox for example) & post a link to the file.
