Delete spaces from cells

Hello

I have thousands of records where spaces have been included can I remove them at once?

Select the cells/Columns and go Edit>Replace and type a space in the find box and leave the Replace one blank and click Replace All

are u sure they are spaces,

if they are any non printable charactor then try using

Trim()

or

Clear ()

Did you actually try what I suggested? If it didn't work you likely have a character which isn't a space (probably a character 160).

the data are downloaded from SAP is there any way that I can spot and eliminate characters coming in from other programs?
