delete text but not numbers

I have cells that contain values such as MR28, E14, 56 etc.

I want to get rid of the text to leave 28, 14, 56 etc.

A formula solution is prefered please

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
thanks Andrew absolutely what I needed. I'll now spend the rest of the evening trying to understand how on earth it works!
