Is there a VBA code to delete all rows on all worksheets except the 250 row, 500 row, 750, 1000, and add 250 up to 10000?

An easier way may be to know that all the rows I want to be deleted only have 0's in cell that have values. The 250 row might have a 0, but in at least one cell there is a number

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
Have you tried extracting the 250,500,750, etc. rows to another worksheet then just deleting the other one?
