I need an easy way to get rid of MANY blank cells that are scattered throughout the range (M2:CI132). Each row has at least one cell that contains data, but that one cell may be in column AA and the cells from column M to Z in that row would need to be deleted. Most rows have multiple cells containing data that also have blank cells inbetween them and all of those need to be deleted as well. The goal is to have all of the data lined up on the left starting in column M and continuing to the right with no blanks inbetween the data.

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Welcome.

I am new to this board as well ...so entrying your question multiple times does not accelerate the reply, it probabaly slows it down. It may have been an error to post yr request 5 times...that is not necessary. This board have very capable people to reply in due time....I have found the replies to be very fast. Give the board monitors and users a chance to reply. I am sure you will get this done.

Select cell M1, to C132, from the Edit menu, select Go To, click on the special button, then slect the blanks radio button. This will select all your blank cells. Then select delete from the Edit menu and choose Shift cells left.
