Deleting/clearing data and shifting columns

How can I clear, delete, or remove columns based on date?

It's a calendar that tracks where people are with a letter and color.

I'm trying to clear remove data and shift the columns to the left so the data is erased and data from the right is moved to where the old data is

I think it would be helpful to show us a sample of your data (first removing/replacing any sensitive data), and your expected output.

MrExcel has a tool called “XL2BB” that lets you post samples of your data that will allow us to copy/paste it to our Excel spreadsheets, so we can work with the same copy of data that you are. Instructions on using this tool can be found here: XL2BB Add-in
