Is there a way to delete duplicate rows?

If I had:

A
A
B
A
C
C
D
E
F

to be left with:

A
B
C
D
E
F

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
Try

Code:
Sub DelDups()
Dim LR As Long, i As Long
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
LR = Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row
For i = LR To 1 Step -1
    If WorksheetFunction.CountIf(Columns("A"), Range("A" & i).Value) > 1 Then Rows(i).Delete
Next i
Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub
