deleting filtered results based on 2 criteria

My data has duplicate references which come out as such

what i need to do is remove the ones with CANX and leave the complete...however the problem comes when i have this:

Or the opposite with all Canx

Ultimately all i want to do is remove the duplicates and leave one value, preferably COMP where possible
Any ideas???
 

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
