Deleting non-breaking spaces

I copied a table with numbers from a webpage. I pasted the table in Excel and couldn't manipulate the numbers. After copying the cells in MS-Word with formating marks ON, I noticed they had non-breaking spaces preceding the numbers. I was able to delete them in MS-Word and paste them back into my spreadsheet as numbers. Is there anyway to remove these non-breaking spaces from my spreadsheet within Excel.

I saw another post that had a formula:
=VALUE(TRIM(SUBSITUTE(webValue,CHAR(160)," "))) * 1000000
to do something like this, but I have no idea how to apply it.

Can anyone help? Thanks.

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
Select your column of numbers and choose Edit|Replace. While in the Find what box hold down Alt and type 0160 on the numeric keypad. Don't worry that nothing appears when you release the Alt key. Leave the Replace with box wmpty and cick Replace All.

Thanks - Fixed my problem

I had tried this but I was using the number keys on the top of my keyboard since I am using a laptop. When I used the Numeric Keys it worked great ! :p
