I have a spreadsheet that that contains data in columns A to S.

I need to write code that will clear non-text items where there are no formulas in the cells

for eg if I have the followings data , onlly the value 170,000 to be cleared as this is a non-text item containing no formula

Net Profit Achieved Month 170000
Net Profit Achieved After Comm 248,166 (formula)
Net Profit Achieved YTD Before Comms 1,572,465 (formula)
Net Profit Achieved YTD After Comms 1,550,013 (formula)
% Comm 8.00% (formula)

Your assistance will be much appreciated

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
