Deleting trailing dash at end of number

I have 2000 rows of numbers that have a trailing - (ex 4.32-, 15.00-) I am trying to figure out how to delete the - from all the numbers to turn them into currency. I have tried text to columns but that seems to not work. Is there a formula to just take just the number from that cell and not the dash?
