Deny Copy, Save, Print, etc. but allow to edit some cells

I would like to request your help with Excel. I have some requirements to deny the user from saving, coping, printing, etc. the Excel file while allowing the user to edit some cells. I have tried to restrict it not to allow the user to save, copy, print, etc the Excel file but the user is not able to edit some cells that I have defined as “Allow users to edit ranges” does not work with the other restriction.

I have developed macros that does what I want but the problem is that macros will not run by default on the user machine!
