I have a table (vend_shop) with two columns. A vendor columnn and a shopper column. I have approx 600 vendors and about 1500 shoppers so the vendor name is listed mulitple times in the table. Some vendors have one shopper where other vendors have several shoppers. On a seperate worksheet I have a list of invoices and amounts where I would like to use drop down boxes to enter in the vendor and shopper. Currently I have two dropdown boxes for the vendors and shoppers. Ideally I would like the shopper dropdown box to only show the shoppers listed for the specific vendor. I thought the validation would work but as I have 600 vendors Creating the lists is not practical. Any suggestions on how to limit the shopper list based on the vendor name in the preceding cell.

Thanks
