dependent data validation

dear sir,
i have set data validation list in A1 cell as a,b,c. if i sellect "a" in cell A1 and cell B1 should not take data validation and i sellect "b" in cell A1,
B1 should take data validation as i set.
 

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
