Hello

I would appreciate some help on depreciation formulas. I have been looking online and can't find the answer quite yet! Basically, I want to calculate depreciation by month, however, doing this on a daily basis. For example, for an asset purchased in January 20 2014, I want this to work out the monthly amount based on 12 days depreciation in January, 28 in February, 31 in March, 30 in April e.t.c until the end of their useful life. I attach a link to some sample dates I created to check this formula once and have been playing around with if statements, but can't quite get it!

Thanks!
