I have several text boxes in a User Form and each text box has a specific cell designated as it's control source. For example, for one such text box, I have typed 'Template'!B20 in the control source property field. My question is: Is there a way to make this control source move if a row is inserted above cell B20?

Thanks for any and all help!

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
these should generally move itself when you insert column/row, but if they dont, make them named range and refer to them by name
