Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
How about
=RANK.EQ(H8,$H$8:$H$12,1)

Not working. This shows 1 in each cell.
Go to File -> Options -> Formulas and make sure that you have Calculation options set to 'Automatic' not 'Manual'.

I also suggest that you update your Account details (click your user name at the top right of the forum) so helpers always know what Excel version(s) & platform(s) you are using as the best solution often varies by version. (Don’t forget to scroll down & ‘Save’)

Problem solved. Actually problem was I copy pasted formula from here ( website ) to all 5 cells that's why it was H8 in all cells. Now i pasted in H8 and then copied this H8 cell to rest other place. Problem solved
