Determine finish date with some criteria

Hi... i am new comer here. It's a nice forum

I want to determine end date of job based on start date and fix duration but with some criteria

i.e for some simulation needed :

Task 1
Start Date : 06/05/2015 08:00 am
Fix Duration : 12 hrs
End Date : formula ??? (should be 06/06/2015 12:00 pm - exclude rest time & working time stop at 5.00 pm jump to next day)

Task 2
Start Date : 06/05/2015 08:00 am
Fix Duration : 9 hrs
End Date : formula ??? (should be 06/06/2015 09:00 am - exclude rest time & working time stop at 5.00 pm jump to next day)

Task 3
Start Date : 06/05/2015 09:00 am
Fix Duration : 36 hrs
End Date : formula ??? (should be 06/09/2015 01:00 pm - exclude rest time & working time stop at 5.00 pm jump to next day)

Criteria :
Work start at 08:00 am
Work end at 5:00 pm
Lunch time 1 hour start at 12:00 pm


Can anyone help me please
