Determining which version of Excel a user has

Does anyone know how I can test which version of Excel a user is running so that I can call different subs depending on the version?

Thanks in Advance...

Example:

MsgBox "Welcome to Microsoft Excel version " & _

Application.OperatingSystem & "!"
