Dialogue boxes for an excel based inventory file

I have an excel 2007 based inventory file with 3 worksheets (Database sheet, Inventory sheet, Data entry sheet)

I want to do the following:

1. when i click open the file, the file opens with a dialogue box appearing asking to enter user name and password.

2. When i press enter after giving user name & password, a new dialogue box appears showing data entry option buttons (Which are linked to my Data Entry Sheet)

Can i do so?
