Diffence to highest value in a specified range

Hi,

My table which has a range identifyer in Column A & different values in column B, in column C i am trying to calculate the difference between the highest value in the range against the value in column B and i just can't figure it out. Help greatly appreciated!

your screenshot only shows column B, not A or C, but given your information maybe try this formula:

=MAX(A:A)-B1

Maybe i didn't explain it well. In Column C i want the answer. ie. For Time range 12.30 in cell B2 the value is 128.27 so C2 would be 0 (as it is the highest number), in cell B3 the value is 127.95, so in cell C3 would be the value 0.32 (128.27-127.95) and so on,

your screenshot only shows column B, not A or C, but given your information maybe try this formula:

=MAX(A:A)-B1

Sorry, i see the confusion, for the columns i just said A, B, C to designate 3 columns, not like the actual data table which has lots.
