Difference between files

Dears,

I'm looking for Macro or tool that could help me in doing:

- Compare between two files (or even workbooks that contains multiple sheets)
- Highlight Difference in different color
- Highlight if there's new Row has been added
- Highlight if there's new Row has been deleted
- Remove all identical data
- able to do that for big files/ Data

Kindly help as this new task that should be carried in daily basis and I couldn't do it manually
