Difference Between Weekday Only, Not Including Weeked

Hello All! I am looking for a way to count the difference in days between a PickUp (PU) date and the Delivery (Del) date of a shipment. For example, if PU date is 3/3/14 and the Del date is 3/12/14 I would like a formula to tell me how many weekdays are within this range. Can anyone help?

=NETWORKDAYS(A1,B1)
