Difference in protect workbook.

Hi,

Got a new job.
They use Excel 2019 and I used to use Excel 2003 in previous job.
You needed two passwords one to access workbook and one to modify workbook.
On Excel 2019 I go to File >>>Info>>>Protect Workbook>>>Encrypt with password>>>Enter Password.
Is that option gone in Excel 2019 where you need 2 passwords.

You can set to password for opening the file and for making changes to files data also...both are possible...
