% difference view in Pivot table

I have volume output of pivot table with Actual, Plan and Prior and I have added another volume column in same pivot table with field show as % difference from base field "Year" and Base item "Plan" but output is showing all 3 columns but I want only difference against plan.

Is there any way I can have only difference % against plan without other columns?

Maybe you can use as basefield MONTH and as item PREVIOUS.
