What are the differences in files between Excel 2000, 2002, and 2003?

I'm working on 2000 at work and 2002 and home....some other guys use 2003. We have to keep all of our work compatible with our client (2000) and are curious as to what we need to avoid doing to ensure that our "newer" files will still work.

I know that 2000 can only allocate 32MB.
2003 can allocate 1GB (or 10% of system resources....whichever is smaller) <see rant below>

Aside from file sizes, are there any other features, etc that we should avoid to ensure backward compatibility?

RANT: I always thought this memory thing was silly since I'm yet to see a machine with 10GB of RAM! ....what kind of system with even 1GB of RAM can ONLY afford to allocate 10% of the resources?!??! If I'm running excel macro's from hell then maybe my machine should be able to use ALL it's resources...??? Does this seem logical?

If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
