Hi all. I have 7 different drop down lists in one sheet. In another sheet, I will have 7 different dates in a column. Depending on a cells date, I need to have one of the 7 different drop down lists appear in another cell. Example:

Sheet 1 will have several different columns with one column having dates. The dates will be in column M. Depending on the date in cell M3, I would like drop down list 1 show up in cell L3. Date in cell M4 and drop down list 2 show up in L4. Column M will be several dates long (down to M200 or so). How would I accomplish this? I have the drop down list data in sheet 2.

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
It is more complex than that. I am importing dates in column O. If column O has 12/3/2021, I need to compare that date to a date in another cell in another sheet and have the corresponding list show in column K.

This may make it easier to see/understand. Column O will have the date pasted into the sheet. I need to compare the date to the dates in columns W, X and Y. If the dates match, I need the drop down list to populate in column K that corresponds to the date. Example: If O2 = W7, the list of Kevin, Ken and Keith needs to show up in K2.
