Is there any difference between Office XP Standard and Office XP Professional? Can both be used for business purposes? I know XP professional has an extra database program, but is that the only difference?

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
Without Access, you won't have access to some controls, such as DatePicker, and it's Help files.

That's one aspect to consider.
