Hello, I am trying to recreate the attached table, but can't seem to do it. Can anyone please help me? Thank-you

Personally I think the red ticks look more like a Capital P in Wingdings 2 font.

It is all a guess at the moment, wouldn't surprise me if they are actually from a data validation list but the OP has given nothing to go on really :rolleyes:

The OP seems like an exercise designed to get the student to explore formatting options and play with the buttons. The slated headers are a nice heuristic touch.

I have a little bit of a dislike for slanted headers, there was someone where I used to work that produced very large reports with a lot of columns who used them on every report.
The number of times that you clicked on the wrong column....

they also had a like for coloring everything but that is another story.

I've used them once. A properly filled out chart was attractive. I've sense moved to preferring two header rows.
