Dinamic Pivot Table

hello guys, I need your help

I have to take data from a pivot table that does not have a fixed number of columns (with the refresh of the data may increase or decrease) now my problem is that I can not give a dynamic range to my Vlookup, I tried with GetPivotData it works but if I change the city level are data of the previous one.

Excel Facts
