disable commandbutton1

is there a way to disable use of the command button if textbox1, textbox2 or textbox3 are blank. However, the command button should be enabled if textbox1, textbox2 or textbox3 are not blank.

Assuming that you mean that at least one of them must have an entry try something like

Private Sub CommandButton1_Click()
If TextBox1.Text = "" And TextBox2.Text = "" And TextBox3.Text = "" Then Exit Sub
MsgBox "Boo!"
End Sub

i don't think that worked. the command button seems to be enabled and does not disable if any of the textboxes are left empty.
