Disable Cut, Copy and Paste including Excel 2013 Ribbon

I am working with excel 2010 & 2013. I have search for a VBE that can disable Cut, Copy and Paste and also block selecting it from the ribbon. I have only found VBE that disables the function such as right click, or ctl c, but does not disable the selecting the cut, copy or paste from the ribbon.

I tried this on excel 2013 and it works for disabling rick click copy but the ribbon copy cut and paste still activate.

Second issue, as I am not familiar with VBE, now all my spreadsheets have this code in them.

Hey Mole,

I ran into a bit of a problem. It seems all of my spreadsheets have right click cut, copy, paste and drag/drop disable. Whether they are xlsm or xlsx. I went back and deleted the code from the original .xlsm workbook nothing works. What am I doing wrong. Very frustrated.

the article i identified suggested that i was only applied the the active book, and i assumed unloaded when closed. whilst it should be simple enough to change allow to its counterpart

How do you disable the Home Tab's Copy/Cut/Paste to gray it out, (disable) it all together???
