Disable "Open Source" from Edit Links menu

I locked the sheet and workbook but Open Source button is still enabled.

How can I disable it like the others?

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
