Disable Paste, but enable Paste Special Values

Hi;

Trying to modify this code to disable Paste, but to allow Paste Special Values to be enabled.

It's not working, so I think I screwed something up.

If anyone can look at this VBA Code below, and point my error out, it would be appreciated very much
