Disable smartview Refresh and Submit buttons

Hi,

I am working on Excel template with smartview functions. The template has macros for 'Refresh' and 'Submit'.

I want users to hit these buttons and do not use Refresh and Submit in Smartview ribbon.

Is there a way we cab disable 'Refresh' and 'Submit' options in Smartview ribbon.
