disabled sheet options

Hi All,

when we right click on sheet name, in the short list the "Delete" and "Move or Copy" options are disabled, i dont know why, if i open a new excel file also the same is showing. plese help me what happened and what is the solution.

Is it read only or shared out by someone else ??

Do you have Protection engaged?

but the file is not in read only status and no one is shared.
and when we open a new excel application and right click on sheet name the options are diabled.

i think this is a excel application problem not individual file problem.
please help me on this.

Hi Jim, i didnot touch any Protection engaged option, and i dont know where this option is?
and i am talking about excel-2007 version

when we open a new excel application from start-> programms then also the options are in the disable status...
