Disabling certain commands for right-click on sheet tab

Is it possible to disable certain choices that appear when the user right-clicks on a sheet tab?

If yes, would it be possible to disable some of these choices depending on which sheet tab they have right-clicked on? For instance, I would like Delete and Rename to be available on certain sheet tabs but not on others.

What about adding my own custom choices to the right-click on sheet tab menu?

Hello all, I have been able to customize the right click menu on various cells in my workbook, but I was wondering if it were possible to customize the right click menu that appears when you click on any page tab. Is this possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'll attach the code...
