Hi,

Please can anybody advise whether it is possible to disable cell drag and drop for a single sheet in a workbook (or ideally specific cells in 1 sheet)? I am using the code below but it disables for the whole workbook.

thank you,
Iain

Application.CellDragAndDrop = False

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.

place this in the code section for the particular sheet

VBA Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_Activate()
    Application.CellDragAndDrop = False
End Sub

and this in the rest
VBA Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_Activate()
    Application.CellDragAndDrop = True
End Sub
