Disabling the Show Detail menu on a Pivot Table

I have a macro that creates a Pivot Table. I had set the EnableItemSelection = False for one field (or column) in the table to prevent the field dropdown menu from being activated by users. Although this works, one still gets a Show Detail menu when double clicking on an item in the field. Is there a way to disable this also? My goal is to disable users from doing anything with the content in this particular field.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
