Hi folks,

I normally can fumble my way to answer, but not with this one. :)

I am trying to have a front sheet that displays an answer only when 6 cells on 6 different sheets have an answer and the answer that is displayed as an average on the front sheet.

What am looking for is...

[Sheet 1] [a1] + [Sheet 2] [a1] + [Sheet 3] [a1] + [Sheet 4] [a1] + [Sheet 5] [a1] + [Sheet 6] [a1]

On the front I need to show an answer, but only when I have all 6 answers are in place and even then it would be the average of the 6 cells.

1) Is this possible?
2) How?

Many Thanks

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Try something like

=IFERROR(SUM(Sheet1:Sheet6!A1)/IF(COUNT(Sheet1:Sheet6!A1)=6,6,0),"Missing answer(s)")
