Display folders without computer window displaying

Got an app that pulls up a folder for the User to select a file. I don't want the User to see the Computer window on the left so they can't "browse" other drives/files. etc.. Any way to do this.

You can show a file window, but ALL those windows will allow for drive change if you type it in.

I'll just create a new user account and delete all the folders from the computer window in it and PW protect the root.
