Hopefully this is really simple...If I've got a listbox or a combo box from the control toolbar on my spreadsheet, the display font (not in the drop down) is really weird (overlapping and hard to read). I can find the font property for the drop down list and change that. But how the control once selected appears on the worksheet--I can't find that (and I've asked a couple people and searched...,...). If anyone can point me towards how to format that fond, I'd be very appreciative.

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.

If it's a control, use the control toolbox...

Make sure you have 'design mode' selected, and click once on your dropdown.

Then click 'properties' on the control toolbox.

There is a property called 'Font' - click on the ... on the right to alter it.

Thanks, that's what I've tried. But that formats the display of the dropdown, not the display of the selection after the dropdown is closed. Hmm.
