display formula in a cell instead of the result

is this possible, i have searchged the forum but cant find anything.

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
goto TOOLS>OPTIONS and select the VIEW tab, then tick the box for formulas in the bottom left corner

to display all formulas
menu tools/options: tab display (first tab): check "formulas"

for a single formula: add a quote before it
