I have one spreadsheet I open and the spreadsheet is off to the left and the Excel Screen is half white.

So, it looks like this:

blank the in the middle of the screen the spreadsheet shows going off the left side.

There is only one spreadsheet that does this. I keep trying view options but have not found the right one. It prints ok.

I have put a image at the box.net. Any ideas how to fix please let me know. http://www.box.net/shared/jl1jzdeu5o
Thx Russ

Excel Facts

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Interesting...

Is it always like this or does it happen sporadically when you are using it - or does it appear like this when you open it? And when open do all other open files appear the same? And do you have any worksheet level ActiveX controls?

Reason for these questions is that I have similar behaviour in one of my XL03 files, which takes on a similar problem when I use an ActiveX muti-extend list box. And the only solution is to quit and restart the app.

This one is it always like this. It was Excel2007; I saved it as Excel2003 in attempt to fix it.

Appears like this when you open it.

No other open files opened at the same time.

Others open look fine.

I do not know if l have other files with ActiveX controls.

Thx

Aah! Now mine's ok, it's left justified. Presumably this means its just a setting in Excel rather than spreadsheet itself

Try

select View on the top ribbon
click Arrange All (towards right of ribbon)
Make sure Windows of active workbook is not ticked
(I have just Horizontal selected, If "Make sure windows..." is ticked I can move the spread sheet round and create that blank panel you have on the left)

Then click on the maximize icon on the top right of the actual spreadsheet
