OK, I may have messed up my title, and will fix it if someone suggests something better. :)

I am creating a fillable form that hiring managers will fill out for different employees. Different job titles have different setups. Some get a timeclock ID, some don't, some get a full Office suite, some only the basic plan, and they all get different responsibilities/roles in Oracle. I have the dropdowns and auto-fills figured out, when you select a position, different fields auto-fill (YAY!). THe ony thing I was wondering about is the Oracle responsibilities. There can be 8 or 9 for a person.

I can set it up to put them in a row like this: Role 1, Role 2, Role3, Role 4, Etc., but that's pretty messy, stretching on forever.

I would prefer to have it display this way:
Role 1
Role 2
Role 3
Role 4
Etc

This can either grow dynamically, or I can just make it the last entry, and have it stretch as long as it needs to. Is this possible? Basically have the roles one n top of the other in the same column as all of the rest of the results. I can add the workbook if it helps.

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
