Display the last value of the last cell containing data

I would really appreciate if u could help me to solve that
What i want to do is :
(Taking Column B as a referance)
Display in the cell B11 the last value in column B (B1:B9)

There is a problem here
If all cells are blank, i got an #N/A error
How to solve that using if formula ?
