I am looking for an excel formula to automatically display the start Date in (A2) and End dates (A3) of a given pay period in A1 e.g. 24 - typically A2 would be November 8,2021 and A3 would be November 21,2021 and so on. Thank you

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
This is very easy to do but you have to know when pay period 1 starts. You need to explain how your pay periods are determined. If November 8 starts pay period 24, then pay period 1 had to have started Dec 21, 2020. What is the logic that determines pay period 1?

For 2021 the formulas are:

A2:
Excel Formula:
=DATE(2020,12,21)+(A1-1)*14
A3:
Excel Formula:
=A2+13

Perfect!
It is based on a 26 pay periods in a year on a bi-weekly schedule. The pay period 1 is basically determined by the Employer based on many factors.
Thank you very much 6StringJazzer
