Display True or False if cells are empty but ignore formula

I'm using the following formula in cell B14;

=REPLACE(ACONCAT(IF(ISTEXT(A20:A25),CHAR(10)&A20:A25,"")),1,1,"")

I want cell B18 to display TRUE if B14 is empty, (ignoring the formula), and FALSE if not.

At the moment it is displaying FALSE all of the time because presumably it is recognising the formula.
